The Alberstone Approach to Bespoke Support

At Alberstone Consultancy, we move away from “one-size-fits-all” solutions. Because every child, family, and educational setting has a unique Processing Profile, our support is specifically tailored to meet those individual needs.

Our fees reflect our Director’s Level 3 PDA Accreditation, DSL Level 3 status, and a deep academic foundation in Health and Social Care, Third Sector Support, and Civil Service history. We provide a specialist, independent service designed to secure sustainable outcomes where traditional models have failed.

Our Transparent Fee Structure: The Professional Block

To provide the deep analysis your child’s profile deserves, we work in two-hour professional blocks. This is a comprehensive consultancy service rather than a simple appointment.

Each block typically includes 60–75 minutes of direct consultation, with the remainder, and frequently additional time, dedicated to ‘Engine Room’ work. This is where our Director handles your preparation, technical administration, research, and the development of your bespoke strategy.
This structure ensures every session is grounded in evidence and results in actionable support.

Your investment covers:

• Direct Time: Our face-to-face or virtual consultation.
• Professional Analysis: The “behind-the-scenes” work of mapping and outlining specific support.
• Strategy Refinement: Bespoke session notes, email follow-ups, and actionable strategy updates.

The Individual (Child-Centred Support)

• Initial Consultation & Collaboration Plan | £250.00
  A deep dive into sensory triggers and processing fingerprints, resulting in a comprehensive roadmap for the child.
• 1-to-1 Regulation & Autonomy Sessions | £180.00
  Focused on uncovering emotional charges and building a usable, everyday toolkit. These sessions can be ongoing, according to individual need.

The Homebase (Family Facilitation)

• Anxiety-Informed Strategy Sessions | £180.00
  Direct support for parents to move toward low-demand, sustainable household solutions.

The Team Around the Child (Education & Advocacy)

• Independent Professional Advocacy | £200.00
  Attendance at Annual Reviews, EHCP meetings (subject to availability), or Mediation. Includes pre-meeting briefing and post-meeting summary.
• Report & Pupil Passport Writing | £250.00 per document
  Creating a “living document” that translates the child’s PDA profile into actionable strategies for educators.
• Staff Training & Neuro-inclusive Consultancy
  Bespoke quotes provided following a discovery call.

Specialist Support Packages

The Foundations Package: 8-Week Regulation Roadmap | £1,250.00

• The Deep-Dive: Full Initial Consultation & Collaboration Plan.
• Direct Support: 6x Weekly 1-to-1 or Family Strategy Sessions.
• The Homebase Toolkit: A bespoke Manual specifically written for your child, including step-by-step guides on implementing low-demand and declarative language.
• Communication Support: Weekly email check-ins to tweak strategies between sessions.

The Specialist Stabilisation & Re-engagement Package | £1,650.00

• Initial Audit: An in-depth review of the child’s “Processing Fingerprint” and current burnout markers.
• Child-Led Regulation Sessions: 6x high-trust, low-demand sessions focused on co-regulation, rebuilding agency, and identifying “Safe Flow.”
• Professional Advocacy & Reporting: Attendance at 1x Emergency Review or CIN/CP Meeting.
• Statutory Evidence: A formal Academic Report for the LA/Social Work team detailing the “Functional Reality” and necessary “Reasonable Adjustments.”
• The Relational Manual: A bespoke strategy guide for professionals and caregivers to maintain the child’s stability long-term.
  (Inclusive of all professional travel within a set radius).

Longevity & Ongoing Support

Once a child has received support from us, we offer lower rates for Quarterly Upkeeps and Annual MOTs. These are designed to see if processing styles have evolved and if strategies are still maintaining the necessary level of support. This reduced rate reflects the fact that we are not starting from scratch; we are refining and evolving a framework we already deeply understand.

As our framework evolves and our ‘Engine Room’ insights deepen through continued research and successful outcomes, our fees are periodically adjusted to reflect the specialist nature of the Alberstone Standard.
